Not all problems are predictable - but many are digitally solvable. Cloud-based.Remote.Diagnostics. is the solution of our Diagnostic.Cloud. With our innovative and manufacturer-independent diagnostic platform, we look into the vehicle's health remotely and gain access to vehicle control units and their diagnostic functionalities.

We enable digital remote diagnostics, online fault analysis and secure communication between vehicle, customer and experts. Our Deep.Diagnostics. enables direct diagnostic interaction with the ECUs for troubleshooting and problem solving. Classic examples of these write functions are clearing the fault memory or resetting the ECU.
By automating via virtual assistant, we enable tasks to be completed quickly and effortlessly. Via text or voice commands, functionalities can be executed automatically in interaction with customers or technicians. With the bot we have developed, certain tasks are taken off your hands and carried out autonomously. This ranges from damage assessment and the initial readout of the fault memory to practical suggestions for solutions.
