As Head of Sales & Product, you are the key figure for the expansion of our global business. You work closely with the CSO to build and expand our partnerships and, together with top management and our software developers, develop our product further as a product owner (from a sales and partner perspective).
In negotiations, you are also the technical part who can convince CTOs and technical contacts on an equal footing. After closing, you will provide support for the integration of our solutions into our partners' system landscapes before handing over to our Partner Relations team.
With the continuous expansion of our product portfolio, you will put together a small team of specialists for the respective product areas, who will work with you on continuous up- and cross-selling in close cooperation with the Partner Relations team and further develop our product with the respective development teams.

Building and maintaining strong partnerships and networks

Working closely with other departments, especially Development, Marketing and Partner Relations, to ensure seamless integration of sales and product activities.

Monitoring and analyzing the performance of partnerships through clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects, such as the integration of an ERP/CRM/PLM system or similar Solution with high impact

Sound knowledge of software development and/or project management

Leadership experience in sales, ideally in the areas of software solutions and acquisition
