Head of Partner 
Relations (f/m/d)

You are on board at the final stage of negotiations with potential partners and are a key asset of our holistic solution. After closing, you and your future team will ensure that our software solutions are properly understood and used extensively by our partners and in turn rolled out externally. You will be doing a lot of consulting/coaching on site, so you will sometimes be traveling globally, especially in the beginning without a team. 

Our solution portfolio will grow together with our partner relationships, for which you and your future team will be largely responsible. You will report directly to the CSO and work closely with the Head of Sales & Product to incorporate partner feedback into the development of our product portfolio and pave the way for upselling and cross-selling.

Job Overview

Key responsibilities

  • Identifying new potential partnerships that are in line with the company's business objectives 

  • Development and implementation of long-term partnership strategies to promote growth and competitiveness 

  • Building a partner management team in the medium term 

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners and continuous communication to improve collaboration 

  • Identify synergies and opportunities to intensify collaboration 

  • Support/lead negotiations on partnership agreements and contracts. 

  • Ensure that partnership agreements are in line with the company's interests and are legally sound 

  • Work closely with internal and external departments such as product development, sales and legal to ensure seamless collaboration with partners and empower them 

  • Communicate partner requirements and feedback internally/externally 

  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of partnerships through clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 

  • Preparation of regular reports for top management.


  • Strong interest in the fields of mobility, future technologies & sustainability 

  • Proven success in the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships 

  • Sound knowledge in the field of coaching / consulting 

  • Leadership experience in sales, ideally in account management or customer success 

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German & English 

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset & strong team spirit 

  • High willingness to travel & perform
